Our Services are diverse, additional terms or product requirements may apply (including age requirements). Additional terms will be available with the relevant services and those additional terms will become part of our agreement with you if you use those Services.

How to use our services:
You are required to follow the policies made available to you within the Services.

Please do not misuse our services. For example, do not interfere with our services or try to access them by a method other than the interface and instructions we provide. We may suspend or stop providing our Services if you breach our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Our Services display some content that is not from Link Nacional. These contents are the sole responsibility of the entity that makes them available. In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages and other information. You can disable some of these communications.

Some of our Services are available on mobile devices. You must not use these Services in a way that distracts or prevents you from complying with traffic or safety laws.

Your National Link account:
You need to create an Account at Link Nacional to use our Services. You may create your own National Link Account or your National Link Account may be assigned to you by an administrator such as your employer or educational institution. If you are using a National Link Account assigned to you by an administrator, different or additional terms may apply and your administrator may be able to access or disable your account.

To protect your Account at Link Nacional, the user must keep the password confidential. The activity carried out in the Link Nacional Account or through it is the responsibility of the user. We do not recommend that the Link Nacional Account password be reused in third-party applications. If you become aware of unauthorized use of your password or Link Nacional Account, the user must follow these instructions.

Privacy and copyright protection:
Link Nacional’s Privacy Policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Link Nacional may use this data in accordance with our privacy policies.

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Brazilian Copyright Law (LAW No. 9,610, OF FEBRUARY 19, 1998).

We provide information to help copyright holders manage their intellectual property online. If you understand that someone is infringing your copyright and want to notify us, you can find information about sending notifications and Link Nacional’s policy at the bottom of our website.

Your content on our services:
Some of our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays with you.

When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you grant Link Nacional (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make to make your content work better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform and display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the restricted purposes of operating, promoting and improving our Services and developing new Services. This license lasts even if you stop using our Services (for example, a job listing on our website). Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided for that Service. In addition, on some of our Services, there are terms or settings that restrict the scope of our use of content submitted on those Services. Please ensure that you have the necessary rights to license us any content you submit to our Services.

Our automated systems analyze your content (including emails) to provide product features that are personally relevant to you, such as customized search results, personalized advertisements, and spam and malware detection. This analysis takes place as content is sent and received, and when it is stored.

If the user has an account on Link Nacional, the name and information defined as public may appear on our Services, including for display in advertisements and in other commercial contexts. User’s options to limit sharing or visibility settings in the National Link Account will be respected. For example, the user can change the settings so that their name and data do not appear in advertisements.

You can find more information about how Link Nacional uses and stores content in the privacy policy or additional terms of specific Services. If you submit comments, testimonials or suggestions about our Services, we may use your comments or suggestions without obligation to you.

About software in our services:
When a Service requires or includes software available for download, such software may automatically update on your device if a new version or feature is available. Some Services may allow you to adjust your automatic updates settings.

Link Nacional grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and royalty-free license to use the software provided by Link Nacional as part of the Services. This license has the sole purpose of allowing you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services, as provided by Link Nacional, as permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of our Services or the software included, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code from such software, except where legislation prohibits such restrictions, or when you have our written permission.

Open source software is important to us. Some of the software used on our Services may be offered under an open source license which we will make available to you. There may be provisions in the open source license that expressly supersede some of these terms.

How to modify and/or cancel our services:
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionality or features, and we may also suspend or terminate a Service entirely.

You can stop using our Services at any time, although we are upset to see you leave. Link Nacional may also stop providing the Services to you or, add or create new limits to our Services at any time.

We believe that you are the owner of your data and that it is important to preserve your access to that data. If we discontinue a Service, when reasonably possible, you will be notified reasonably in advance and given a chance to withdraw your information from that Service.

Our Warranties and Disclaimers:
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care, and we hope that you will enjoy your use of them. But there are some things we don’t promise about our Services.

Except as expressly provided in these terms or in additional terms, neither Link Nacional, nor its suppliers or distributors offer any guarantees regarding the Services. For example, we are not responsible for the content on the Services, for specific features of the Services, or for the reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We provide the services “as is”.

Certain jurisdictions provide certain warranties, such as the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.

Responsibility for our services:
When permitted by law, Link Nacional and Link Nacional’s suppliers or distributors shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, financial losses or for indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.

To the extent permitted by law, Link Nacional’s and its suppliers and distributors’ entire liability for any claim under these terms, including any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid to Link Nacional to use the Services (or, to at our discretion, to provide you with the Services again).

In all cases, Link Nacional and its suppliers and distributors will not be responsible for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.

We recognize that in some countries you may have legal rights as a consumer. If you are using the Services for personal purposes, then nothing in these terms or any additional terms will limit consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.

About service and support:
We do not offer robot and face-to-face service in our office. The service is completely remote and consists of different forms of contact. The phone, WhatsApp and online chat, these channels should be used for low complexity issues and punctual contacts. We offer a personalized and differentiated service, which is called “Online Meeting”, this training is used for training, bug evaluation, consulting and presentation of products and services and must be scheduled. The best way to register your service is through the support ticket, because a service protocol is generated and the information is stored within the customer’s area. In some circumstances, all or part of them may be unavailable as it depends on the stability of third-party services and our ability to provide services.

Commercial uses of our services:
If you are using our Services on behalf of a company, that company accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Link Nacional and its affiliates, officers, agents and workers from any claim, proceeding or legal action arising out of or relating to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense resulting from claims, losses , damages, lawsuits, judgments, litigation costs and attorney’s fees.

About these terms:
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes in law or changes to our Services. You should review the terms regularly. We will post notices of changes to these terms on this page. We will post a notice of change regarding additional terms within the applicable Service. Changes will not be applied retroactively and will take effect at least five days after their posting. However, changes regarding new functionality of a Service or changes made for legal reasons will take effect immediately. If you do not agree to the amended terms of a Service, you must discontinue using that Service.

In the event of a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will prevail with respect to such conflict.

These terms govern the relationship between Link Nacional and you. They do not create any rights for third parties.

If you do not comply with these terms and we do not take immediate action, this does not mean that we are relinquishing any rights we may have (such as taking future action).

If a specific condition of these terms is not enforceable, it will not affect any other terms.

Courts in some countries will not apply Brazilian law to certain types of disputes. If you reside in one of these countries, then when the law of Brazil cannot be applied, the law of your country will apply to disputes relating to these terms. In other cases, you agree to the application of the laws of Brazil, excluding Brazil’s rules on conflicts of laws, to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or Services. Likewise, if the laws in your country do not allow you to agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil, then local jurisdiction and venue will apply to disputes relating to these terms. In other cases, all claims arising out of or related to these terms or Services will be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts of the District of Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil and you and Link Nacional authorize personal jurisdiction in these courts.
